The Book - Introduction

I have wanted to write an historical fiction taken from original documents housed in the British Museum; and letters of the era and some by the main character, as well as other original papers.

The story would accompany a kid's history club of the founding of the United States, beginning when the Founding Father's ancestors held the first Bible, of their very own, in their own language, and did not fear death; the first Bibles translated into English for the common man.

Many details, of course, will be educated guessing, but the main details come from the sources listed above.

I would like to share the story with the Readers here, as it has to do with some lesser known details as to how we became a Free nation,

The story begins in 1500s England because if we start at the American Revolution far too little is known of who these men were; what was their background; were they educated; was their belief in God some flash-in-the-pan fad and were they sincere; what authority did they have to put together a government and how good was that government; how much of that government survived until today?

I promise no time frame as my hours are demanded elsewhere.

My hope is that you will enjoy the reading as much as I have marveled in the research of these remarkably courageous men and women who gave more than their all to give us this nation. Their work and prayers were for us, their children's, children's, children, to live under a freedom the world had never before experienced, and their hope was that we would stay close to Almighty God who would lead us to retain and maintain this nation in Righteousness and Goodwill toward our neighbors, and give all honor to Him.
